In the summer of 2005 Ted Takasaki of Lindy Fishing Tackle and Bob Mehsikomer tested prototypes of the new BUCK-A-BOO on Lake Veremilion in northern Minnesota. They had immediate success! They video taped an episode of Simply Fishing Television.
The BUCK-A-BOO has a combination of Bucktail and Marabou for fluid, living action in the water, and it's weighted for great castibility. The blades engage as soon as it hits the water! Burn it! Bulge it!

Now we fisherman have a big improvement on solunar tables. The Mariner’s EDGE’s ability to predict periods of intense fish feeding is a guide’s dream! I had my first fishing trip of 2005 and the Mariner’s EDGE performed beautifully! I went to the Gulf Stream and the EDGE predicted the best bite would be from 7am –10am. Let me tell you, I couldn’t get more than three or four lines in the water without getting a bite! The EDGE barometer showed deteriorating conditions, and we were out of there by noon.

We went fishing last week (Mar 2005), and had a heck of a day! The Angler’s EDGE Plus had all ten bars lit up when we left and the fishing was amazing. The wind was howling and it looked like rain all day, but the bars said it was going to be great and it was. We caught 32 trout in 3 hours on the Nantahala River and only two were under 14 inches!
